OBJECTIVE   To serve the public through my vast experience in Leadership, Education and Advisement, Outreach, Program and Curriculum Development, Grant Writing, Curatorial Skills, Marketing and Fundraising, and Student Retention, etc.

 

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 

• Coordinated Photography Department and taught Large Format, History of Photography, Studio Lighting, Color, and Alternative Processes at small private 2-year liberal arts college for six years before relocating to the Southwest.

 

• Turned local non-profit arts organization from an organization in shambles and in debt, to a well-organized and connected one with over $40,000 in the bank, by working as President, on weekends and evenings, over the course of three years.

 

• Awarded over $100,000 from Local, State and National foundations and funding bodies over the past 12 years, for myself and other entities.

 

• Local, National and International Awards for art and education

 

• Published Monograph by independent fine art photography publisher

 

• USA Fellowship Nominee, Nevada Arts Council Fellow
